Anarchy Eyewear Limited Warranty
THE ANARCHY LIMITED WARRANTY
The Anarchy Eyewear limited warranty covers breakage due to manufacturers’ defects up to one year from the date of purchase. Limited warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an Authorized Anarchy Dealer. The limited warranty will be void if the return does not include receipt as proof of purchase and date. Anarchy limited warranty program does not cover scratched lenses, lost screws, accidental damage or damage due to improper care. Any alterations of Anarchy products will void warranty. We reserve the right to make final decision on whether the damage is due to a manufacturer’s defect or not.
WARRANTY SHIPPING INFORMATION
In case of a manufactures defect, Anarchy Eyewear will either repair or replace your eyewear for a processing, shipping and handling charge of $12.50 per pair. Please make all checks or money orders payable to FGX International. We encourage you to send your items by a traceable method (UPS, Fed EX, US Postal tracking), as FGX International is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Ship to FGX International Warranty Dept. at 500 George Washington Hwy., Smithfield, RI 02917. For further information, please call our hotline at 800-426-6396. The fee is non negotiable and must be paid whether the damage is due to a manufacturers defect or not.
When mailing in your eyewear please include the following information to ensure your item/s is processed correctly:
- Letter stating the problem you are having with our product
- Your phone number where you can be reached during the day
- Your return address
- Package eyewear carefully to avoid further damage. Anarchy Eyewear will not be held responsible for damages caused by improper shipping or non receipt
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for claims to be processed
Anarchy Eyewear that is not covered under the limited warranty (due to expiration of 1 year warranty or if the damage is not due to a manufacturers defect) can still be repaired for a reasonable fee. You will be contacted by a consumer service representative if this is the case.
